Responsibilities
• Coordinate financial reporting and tax-related issues• Prepare and issue U.S. GAAP/statutory financial statements• Manage journal entry preparation, SOX controls, and account reconciliation• Oversee IAAS and PwC audit activities• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls• Provide accounting counsel and support on complex transactions• Train personnel on accounting classification of leases• Lead finance transformation and continuous process improvement• Develop and lead a diverse team• Ensure stakeholder management and long-term strategic thinking
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, CPA/CMA strongly preferred• 13-15 years progressive experience recommended• Experience in captive finance, legal entity reporting, and leadership desired• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills• Knowledge of organizational governance and strategic thinking• Ability to lead and manage stakeholders• Superior communication and influencing skills
