Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal

An award-winning, highly ranked, respected hospital in the Washington, D.C. DMV area is looking for a Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal. The RN Manager Dialysis will report to and work in collaboration with the Nurse Director of Dialysis to oversee a highly rated Dialysis unit.
The Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal will oversee day-to-day renal dialysis department operations, staffing, and equipment allocation and oversight. The Renal Nurse Manager will ideally have previous knowledge of the nursing process, regulatory process, and staff nurse performance reviews.

The Renal Nurse Manager will oversee a 5+ bay unit with an inpatient population and the use of Fresenius 2008T Bluestar/Amia Cycler CCPD/Plasmapheresis machines within the unit. The ideal candidate will have previous Nurse Leadership experience and experience with dialysis.
