Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care Practice

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 annually. Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients in an urgent care setting.
-Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
-Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide patient education.
-Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Requirements:
-Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in MD.
-Experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Emergency Room settings is preferred.
-Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Working Hours and Benefits:
-The preferred schedule is full time, with 12-13 hour weekday shifts open 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and every other weekend (8 hour shift) open from 9:00 to 5:00 pm. Total hours for full-time employment are 160 per month.
-We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, a 3% match for the Individual Retirement Account (IRA), a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $1500, and generous paid time off (PTO) for both providers and staff.
-Competitive salary or hourly pay rate for providers, while Medical Assistants (MA) and Front Desk (FD) staff are paid on an hourly basis.
