Check out our Nurse Testimonial to hear what it's like to work at Illuminus.ResponsibilitiesAssist the DON with supervising care and management and clinical staffAssist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service to meet the nursing needs of our residents while maintaining quality and following process and procedures.Work and fill in as a floor nurse to ensure proper staffing when needed.Assist with planning and participating in in-service training and orientation programs.Ensure that all resident care plans are being followed at all times.Ensure that all resident move-in procedures are being completed as scheduled.Ensure that all resident change-outs are being completed as scheduled.Ensure that all resident on-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.Ensure that all resident off-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.Ensure that all residents' needs are being met at the unit as scheduled.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Active WI RN license in good standingPrevious leadership experience (formally or informally) preferred.Knowledge of MDS and Medicare a plus.Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with matchingInsurance: Health (HSA), Dental, Vision, Life, Disability insuranceFlexible schedulePaid time offAbout IlluminusIlluminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families throughout the Midwest with skill and compassion.
