As our Occupancy Specialist with Wingate, you will be responsible for the recertification process at the property and is required to know about all aspects of recertifications, program compliance, and resident relations.
Hourly Pay Rate: $24.50/hour

Experience Required for Your Success: 2 years of property management experience, including recertifications and compliance work.Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, Section 8, and federally-assisted housing regulations.Proficiency with property management software (OneSite experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and re-prioritize tasks as needed.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively and patiently with residents and team members.Relevant certifications such as C3P, TaCCs, SHCM, or CPO preferred (or willingness to obtain with company support).What Do You Think?
