Off Duty Services, Inc.,(ODS) a Protos Company -- Houston, TX, is a nationwide security services provider and has an immediate need to fill a position of an Active Off Duty Officer.
ODS has been in business for 20 years and offers a wide variety of services, including security guards, off duty police, remote monitoring and more.
Qualifications: Must be an active police officer Must be armed with your own exposed firearm, handcuffs & pepper spray Must have Law Enforcement credential Must have BSIS guard card Must have BSIS firearm card Physical Requirements This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.
Extended periods of sitting are also involved.
Some kneeling, stooping, crouching, or crawling may be involved.
Involves moving and/or lifting at least 30 lbs.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to use restraints in an apprehension.
Ability to sustain long periods of time enclosed in surveillance areas.
