Office Administrator, HKG Infrastructure OperationsAWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we're looking for talented people who want to help.

You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

Key job responsibilitiesPerform general office administrative tasks, including but not limited to office housekeeping and inventory management, desk allocation, office safety maintenance, environment hygiene coordination, contract management and renewal.Provide support to recruitment, interview coordination and new hire onboarding process.Assist on premises access management for internal staff, new hires and visitors.Coordinate with vendors and internal procurement teams to support office purchasing and delivery arrangement.Support Management team on event planning, e.g., Townhall, Christmas Party and team building events.Own office coordination in expansion project and relocation initiatives. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher with minimum 2 years of work experience in office management, and flexible to work in multiple office locations.Native or near native fluency in English, with strong communication & presentation skills.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Experience in managing vendors and contact vendors for effective solutions for the team.Experience in Translation and/or Proofreading.Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with cross-functional teams.
