Salary for this position: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities: Assist Advisors with opening new accounts and completing required documentation for clients.Follow up with clients to ensure all action items are completed in a timely manner.Manage new annuity applications and facilitate account openings through Fidelity and Schwab.Organize and maintain accurate client records, including trade-related documents and financial applications.Perform client service-related requests such as check processing, address changes, and wire transfers.Provide reports and relevant information to Advisors upon request.Identify and escalate any concerns or unusual client activity to the Financial Advisor or Branch Manager.Support the administrative needs of the office, including answering phones, processing mailings, and filing documents. Qualifications: Knowledge of administrative processes, including file management and office procedures.Basic understanding of the investment brokerage industry and familiarity with regulatory compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
