Office Assistant - Investor Relations

Property Investment firm locarted in North Orange County seeks an Investor Relations Assistant to join our fast paced property management company.
Duties and **
Assit with inter-department communication
Assit with receiving, reviewing and composing emails
Receive, open and organize incoming mail.
Assit with maintaining owner data and files up to date.
Assit with researching and gathering information
Receive and prepare checks for mail out.
General clerical work.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast paced, high volume enviroment
Excelellent written and verbal communication skills
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus!
