We are is seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk activities, and support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Job:

Full time

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage and direct incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise..
