How you'll make an impact: As an Onboarding Specialist at Cin7, you'll provide unparalleled project management for our customers who have purchased the Cin7 solution to get it up and running. You'll empower them to streamline their businesses by managing all implementation aspects, including scoping, timeframes, quality assurance, training, liaising with stakeholders, integrating the solution into their infrastructure and workflow, and process mapping for efficient product usage. Our goal is to build the best customer onboarding department on the planet, and you will help us do that!


\n Here's what you'll do in this role:Create scoping documents and plans to ensure project delivery and solution integration happen in a timely fashion. Develop trusted customer relationships through professional, reliable, and authentic interactions.Assist with efficient data transfer while providing the best possible workarounds and practical solutions for the customer's process.Deliver effective customer training via the Cin7 help site, videos, or booked meetings.Guide clients through the installation of additional software or applications to assist with the integration of the purchased product.Provide support and guidance to customers to resolve technical issues encountered during the onboarding process, taking pride in an expedited response to inquiries.Test the efficacy of the onboarding process against performance objectives for the purchased solution.Create and update technical documentation for the company's self-service knowledge base.Meet the KPIs set by the manager and any other requirements as needed. Here's what you'll bring with you:Project Management experience and the ability to manage 15+ small-medium sized projects at any given time.Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skillsA professional, reliable disposition, with the ability to deliver a high standard of customer service; comfortable working independently.A customer service champion mentality with a love for seeing your customers thriveSelf-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to be proactive in progressing multiple onboarding projects at the same time.A passion for always bringing your best to any task.Technical skills to solve problems and implement changes.Comfort with public speaking and leading group onboarding sessions with up to 15 customers. Customer Voice:Advocate for customers' needs within the organization, ensuring their voices are heard across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and support.Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and ensure customer-centric product development.Create and maintain channels for customer feedback, ensuring that onboarding and implementation reflect customers' changing needs and challenges.Develop customer success stories and leverage them to promote the onboarding team's impact across the organization, sharing valuable insights for process improvements. Industry Expertise:Experience in onboarding or supporting inventory management solutions or ERPs, ideally including Cin7 or a similar inventory management system.In-depth knowledge of inventory management processes, warehousing, supply chain management, backend retail, or wholesale operations.Knowledge and understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem our customers employ - accounting (QuickBooks, Xero), commerce (Amazon, Shopify, Woo, EDI, etc.), and shipping solutions (3PL, ShipStation, EasyPost, etc.)Understanding of customers' unique needs and challenges in inventory management software, with the ability to speak the language of supply chain professionals. \n$70,000 - $90,000 a year
Base salary + 5% incentive bonus

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
