ONCOLOGY FACULTY POSITION
UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN
The University of Michigan Division of Hematology/Oncology is seeking full-time medical oncologists to provide outstanding care to patients with solid tumor or hematologic malignancies. We are recruiting faculty to provide care for patients with gastrointestinal cancers, genitourinary cancers, and myeloma/lymphoma. In addition, we are seeking faculty with an interest in cancer genetics to care for patients with breast cancer. Each individual will join an outstanding team of clinicians and researchers as part of a multidisciplinary team providing state-of-the-art clinical care and cutting-edge research options to patients with cancer.
Responsibilities will include in-person and telehealth clinics, inpatient oncology or hematology services, development and conduct of clinical trials, and educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Structured mentoring and leadership opportunities are available for appropriate candidates.
Experience in clinical trials is highly desired but not required. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding and compassionate clinician and be board certified/board eligible in oncology or hematology as appropriate. Holding or having the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan is required. More details can be found on our website.
