What you'll do as: Customer Service Rep

Track warehouse inventories and update order status
Review customer credit information
Record and process orders/inquiries

Work Experience The preferred candidate might:

3 years customer service experience
Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Strong organizational skills
Experience with tracking order activity
Knowledge of alternative products/services for customer needs
Excel/Word
