### Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a pivotal member of our customer support and account management team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize account operations. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Account Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned online accounts. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information efficiently.

- **Customer Support:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a superior customer experience. Use effective communication to articulate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

- **Performance Analysis:** Regularly analyze account performance metrics, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement action plans based on findings.

- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Training and Guidance:** Assist in the training of new team members and provide ongoing support for existing staff to cultivate a knowledgeable and efficient customer service team.

- **Adaptation and Problem Solving:** Demonstrate resourcefulness in developing solutions and adapting to the unique challenges presented by an online account environment.

- **Feedback and Reporting:** Gather and relay customer feedback to product development and management teams to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Sustainability Advocacy:** Promote and support Spirit AeroSystems' commitment to environmental responsibility in all aspects of account management operations.

### Requirements:

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the aerospace industry or a technical field.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- **Resourceful:** Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage available resources effectively to resolve customer issues and enhance account performance.

- **Dedicated:** Strong commitment to provision of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- **Time Management:** Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

- **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills to assess account health, develop actionable insights, and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, online account management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
