Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dollar Tree in Austin, Texas. As an Associate level position, the Online Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to online operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain online inventory- Process online orders and shipments- Update and maintain product listings on the company website- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth online operations- Assist with online marketing and promotional activities- Provide administrative support to the online management team
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a similar role- Independent and confident personality- Strong critical thinking skills- Excellent presentation skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
