Job Description:Snowflake is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, passionate, and possess excellent planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner- Provide information about products and services, take orders, and resolve customer issues- Utilize CRM software to accurately record and update customer information- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed targets and goals- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
