Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at salesforce.com in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or similar roles. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Manage online client interactions and inquiries through various communication channels.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients.4. Assist clients with problem-solving and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer support.6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.8. Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging content for client communications.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.7.
