- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our customer management system. Ensure that all information is updated and complies with company policies.
- **Product Knowledge:** Acquire a deep understanding of FirstEnergy's products, services, and policies to offer informed responses to client inquiries. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on the latest offerings and enhancements.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other team members to support the overall mission of the company and contribute to a positive work environment. Share insights and best practices to improve team performance.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect and organize client feedback to identify potential areas for improvement in services or processes. Relay this information to team leads for further action.

**Requirements:**
