Job description:

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: hardworking and confident. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with strong soft skills in persuasion and creativity.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media.2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Generate leads and promote our products and services to potential clients.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up as needed.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Best Buy products to provide accurate information to clients.7. Assist in organizing and conducting online events, such as webinars and virtual product demonstrations.8. Contribute to the improvement of online support processes and procedures.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online client support or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
