Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to online clients through email, chat, and other communication channels- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to our services and products- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client concerns- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest process enhancements- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client retention and acquisition efforts
Requirements:- Reliable and resourceful with the ability to adapt to changing situations- Strong planning and organizational skills- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in using online communication tools and databases- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
