**Job Description:**

Stryker, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time, entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll leverage your communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via online chats, emails, and social media platforms. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding products and services.

- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize your resourcefulness to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems. Collaborate with other departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure all communications are documented in a clear and concise manner.

- **Product Knowledge:** Continuously educate yourself on Stryker's products and services to effectively communicate with customers and resolve inquiries.

- **Feedback Collection:** Actively seek customer feedback and relay insights to the management team to improve processes, products, and customer experiences.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service quality.

- **Adaptability:** Stay up-to-date with new tools, technologies, and processes that enhance customer interactions. Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge about the company's offerings and customer service techniques.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant coursework is a plus.

- **Experience:** No prior experience is necessary. We welcome recent graduates and those looking to start their career in customer service.
