Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Content Writer to join our team at PulteGroup in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level writer with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating engaging and SEO-friendly content for our online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Produce high-quality written content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on search engines- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online content creation

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail- Proficiency in SEO best practices- Adaptable and reliable personality traits- Problem-solving and people management soft skills
