Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and industry trends.7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with challenging situations.

Requirements:1. Independent and driven personality traits.2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.3. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues.4. Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.6. Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
