### **Responsibilities:**

- **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach. Use critical thinking to navigate challenges and provide effective resolutions.
- **Research:** Utilize various resources to gather information regarding products, policies, and customer accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and empowering customers with accurate information.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem resolution for customers.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and suggest appropriate solutions.
- **Feedback Contribution:** Provide feedback to management regarding possible improvements to processes, customer service strategies, and product offerings.
- **Company Representation:** Uphold LKQ's values and brand image in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each customer.

### **Requirements:**

#### **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or retail environments is beneficial but not required.
