**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and a strong desire to contribute to the mission of Impossible Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our online orders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for online customers, addressing inquiries through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
- **Order Management:** Oversee the processing of customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing practical solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- **Customer Feedback:** Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and product teams to relay customer insights and challenges, helping to shape future products and promotional strategies.
- **Support Resources:** Develop and maintain customer support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles, to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and order fulfillment to drive continuous improvement.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and new offerings to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce or food industry setting.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
