Job Description:

Cisco Systems is seeking a highly motivated and independent Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and phone to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries and issues.2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.3. Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.4. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find suitable resolutions.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
