As an Online Live Chat Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through our online chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:- Engaging with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support and assistance.- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers.- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
