Job description:

BlackRock is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be hardworking, dedicated, and possess excellent planning and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of BlackRock's online platforms, including monitoring website performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, updates, and enhancements to the online platforms.- Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of online operations and make recommendations for improvement.- Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.- Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders on online platform-related inquiries.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations to ensure BlackRock remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online operations or a similar role.- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in content management systems and web analytics tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with project management and process improvement.- Knowledge of online marketing principles and practices.
