Job Description:

Sanmina is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of the company, focusing on key aspects such as website maintenance, inventory management, order processing, and customer service. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and update product listings on the company's website- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking- Process online orders accurately and efficiently- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure website functionality and user experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online operations processes- Assist with digital marketing initiatives to drive online sales- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in online operations or e-commerce- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Resourceful and passionate about online operations- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Creativity and ability to think outside the box- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
