Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Oshkosh in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online social media platforms and driving engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities:- Create and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website- Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions- Manage and grow our online community by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our platforms are always optimized for maximum impact- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to create sponsored content and collaborations
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management- Independent and passionate individual with a strong drive to succeed- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills- Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
