Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Support Officer to join our team at 3M in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to customers through various online channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with our products or services- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support initiatives- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers with their needs- Assist in the development and implementation of new online support strategies and processes

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or online support role- Motivated and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances- Proficiency in using online support platforms and CRM systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
