Job Description:
Oracle is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Support Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing online support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong critical thinking and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers through chat, email, and phone communications- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the team for process improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
