**Job Summary:**
As an Online Web Chat Officer at Lockheed Martin, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for clients and customers via our online chat platform. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively while providing solutions or escalation recommendations when necessary.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be resilient, capable of handling challenging situations with poise, and foster positive relationships while working independently.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Project management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively and efficiently.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using chat applications, standard office software (such as Microsoft Office), and basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
