Vitalacy Inc, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA is a health technology company committed to reducing patient harm in healthcare. The Operations Associate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and installing the Vitalacy solution for clients. They will also provide support for operations reporting and ongoing device activities as directed by the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory management and device preparation. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate inventory handling and seamless preparation of devices for deployment. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to support daily activities and contribute to overall operational efficiency.   Inventory Management ·     Oversee the accurate tracking and management of inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. ·     Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. ·     Utilize inventory management system (inFlow) to update records and generate reports. Device Preparation ·     Prepare and configure devices for deployment, including installation of software, hardware setup, and quality checks. ·     Ensure all devices are tested for functionality and meet company standards before distribution. ·     Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate efficient device preparation and avoid damage or loss. Operational Support ·     Physical Installation of Devices ·     Client communication while on site ·     Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ·     Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and address any operational challenges. ·     Provide support for logistics, including shipping and receiving, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. What you will bring to the table: 2+ years of experience in onsite services and technical support Must have experience installing technology and hardware for clients Working knowledge of Bluetooth and cloud technology Experience in client communication and relationship building Experience Management tools (Teams, Microsoft Office, Asana, Device Management Software (cell router, iPads) Experience in enterprise projects and familiarity with advanced technologies is a plus Organized, process-oriented, detail oriented, and resourceful Must be able to lift 30lbs. Must be able to travel up to 50% Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Compensation and Benefits: Vitalacy offers an attractive and competitive compensation package including base salary, pre-IPO stock options, health insurance, and a casual office environment. Working Conditions: • Must be able to travel a minimum of 50% of time including overnight travel as needed.
