Key Responsibilities: Manage staff schedules and ensure uninterrupted coverage for clients. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers. Organize and maintain client and staff records. Resolve client issues and staff complaints. Provide field and administrative support as needed. Desired Competencies: Experience: At least 2 years in a homecare office or similar role, handling high call volumes and managing multiple priorities. High Availability and Flexibility: Willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
