Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Operations Associate to join our team at Clorox in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role will require at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. The successful candidate will possess strong teamwork and people management skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.- Contribute to the overall success of the team through continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- 1 year of experience in a relevant field.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
