Operations Associate

Job Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring efficient and effective workflows.

Responsibilities:- Assist with the coordination and execution of various operational tasks- Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities- Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field- 1 year of relevant work experience in operations or a similar role- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be detail-oriented and organized
