**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Support:** Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including processing transactions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Data Management:** Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service:** Serve as a point of contact for customer queries, providing prompt and accurate responses while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and resolution of issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational processes, procedures, and policies; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- **Problem Solving:** Handle and resolve operational challenges that arise, making informed decisions based on analysis and best practices.
- **Training Assistance:** Support training initiatives for new hires and ongoing development for current team members by providing guidance and mentorship.
- **Participate in Projects:** Engage in special projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations or related role; experience in financial services is a plus.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using business intelligence tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
