Salary: $110,000.00 to $166,000.00
POSITION SUMMARY Provides collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high-quality services. Responsible for operations of assigned department(s). Provides oversight as needed; responsible for personnel management, budget planning, and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic planning. Works in a clinical capacity to facilitate the smooth functioning of the department when necessary.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION Experience: One (1) of the following is required: Current unencumbered Oregon RN License, BSN or equivalent nursing experience, Wound Care Certification (e.g. CWCN, CWOCN, or WCC), and three (3) years experience in Med/Surg, ICU, and/or Surgery. Current unencumbered Oregon licensed Nurse Practitioner. One (1) year of experience in an Outpatient department leadership role is required. Two (2) years of wound care experience required. Nursing Experience in Critical Care or Surgery is preferred. Education: Master's degree preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: Healthcare Provider BLS required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Leadership - Inspires, motivates, and guides others toward accomplishing goals.
