A DoD Command is pursuing procurement of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) support contract to focus on the people side of change resulting from implementation of the Enterprise Planning Resource (ERP).
The contactor will work with the Command's Organizational Change Management Branch.
This branch has the responsibility to align OCM activities and communications with Command's priorities and attain buy-in needed to support cost, schedule, and performance goals.
The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for supporting aspects of the change management activities across a variety of Transformation projects within the Command's technology implementation.
This position will report into the Organization Change Management Lead and support the transformation efforts of the Command.
The Change Management consultant will assist with assessing the current state of the Command, assist with identifying and aligning stakeholders, and work with the larger team to design change management strategies to transform ways of working to empower teams and accelerate innovation.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Experience leading strategic frameworks and methodology development, organizational design and assessment, and organizational change management. Experience leading and implementing change management initiatives of large-scale organizational or technology transformations, creating client deliverables and executing OCM plans. Experience integrating programs, developing, and managing overarching project plans. Knowledge of change theory to effectively carry out complex enterprise-wide change. Ability to design, structure and create deliverables. Ability to work effectively within an OCM team, support the efforts for the organization, leveraging matrixed teams and building coalitions to realize shared objectives. Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and infrastructure perspective. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Experience driving change management from an end user perspective (i.e., persona development) Continuous learner that integrates change management best practices into ways of working Education: Bachelor's degree in Org Development, Org Change Management, HR, Psychology, or related field A MUST Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Transformation, or in Strategy Consulting with Government or Commercial Clients Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a National Agency Check with inquiries (NACI) clearance.
Office Location and Travel: Must be willing to travel periodically or work remotely.
