Osp Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing a variety of coordination and support tasks associated with fiber network construction projects nationwide. This position will support multiple project managers, and report to the Director of Operations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities include: Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company databasePreparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)Coordinating site access with customersReviewing contractor deliverables, such as drawings, maps, photos and test resultsCoordinating maintenance coverage and facilities protection through regional One-Call systemsMaintaining data within Vero's Network Operations Center platformVendor invoice processing and updating capital budget recordsPreparing service delivery documentation and close-out packages for customersManage project closeout requirements Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an ad hoc basis QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 0-2 years' work experience in a project management or coordinator roleStrong technical educational and work backgroundExperience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies preferredBS degree in engineering, GIS, mathematics or business management preferred REQUIRED SKILLS Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers and local governmental entitiesProactive thinker with strong work ethicAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks in tandemStrong organizational skillsDetail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communications skillsProficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth
