Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representaative at Quore, you'll be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing an account strategy, and managing internal sales processes. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry or the willingness and ability to become an expert quickly. It's also important that you welcome and foster collaboration in your day-to-day, as you'll need to leverage the knowledge and expertise of your internal network to understand opportunities for growth within our most strategic accounts, manage and coordinate people and timelines, stay up-to-date with Quore's key features and product roadmap, as well as continuously grow your expertise in Quore's business, product, and value proposition. This role is a hybrid role and will work in-person 2 or more days a week. Primary Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify sales opportunities (new and within existing customer portfolios). Develop strategies to identify decision makers within target customer organizations and hotels. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture customer relationships to drive sales growth, requiring regular in-person interactions and follow-ups. Some travel required. Needs Analysis: Identify customer pain points and challenges, providing solutions that demonstrate how Quore can meet their specific needs.Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to introduce Quore's value and drive revenue from both new and existing customers. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts with prospective and current customers to establish mutually beneficial agreements.Sales Forecasting: Provide bi-weekly updates on sales forecasts, offering insight into projected performance and upcoming opportunities.Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth and success. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Related Field - or relevant experience in lieu of degreeProven Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in outside (field) sales, ideally within SaaS or technology sales. Salesforce Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage and track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Ability to leverage Salesforce features for reporting, lead management, and forecasting to enhance sales performance and streamline workflows.Self-Motivation and Independence: The ability to manage tasks and schedules effectively and encourage yourself to reach goals and work in a proactively without the need from influence from othersNetworking and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, often requiring regular travel, networking, and follow-up.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Skills to assess client needs, overcome objections, and find innovative ways to approach potential clients and markets.Sales Prospecting: Competency in identifying potential clients and creating opportunities that will build a healthy sales pipeline in support of meeting goals.Consultative Selling Skills: The ability to perform needs-based selling by understanding the client's pain points and demonstrating how Quore can addresses specific challenges. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey product value, address customer needs, and lead impactful sales presentations and demos.Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven ability to navigate negotiations and close deals, often with decision-makers at various levels within a client's organization.Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Background in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and customer needs.SaaS Familiarity: Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) products, ideally in a sales or client-facing role.Relevant Industry Certifications: Salesforce certifications, Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Executive (CSE) or any relevant certifications that demonstrate specialized knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional development in sales.What We Offer: We're a diverse group united by a customer-first mentality.
