Overhead Crane Operator

Job Title: Industrial Painter/Overhead Crane Operator Location: York, PA Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. (Depending on Experience) Benefits: Insurance Offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating overhead cranes and using industrial sprayers, as well as knowledge of loading structural steel. This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $20.00 - $22.00/hr., depending on experience.
\n Key Responsibilities:Prepare and clean steel surfaces; apply primers and protective coatings.Use HVLP spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply epoxies and polyurethanes.Operate overhead cranes to move and position materials safely.Inspect and touch up painted surfaces as needed.Maintain and clean painting equipment.Load and unload structural steel as part of crane operation. Qualifications:Must have experience with overhead crane operation.Experience with industrial sprayers is required.Knowledge of loading structural steel is essential.Strong attendance record and stable work history.Ability to complete a medical questionnaire and respirator fitting during the drug test. Safety and Compliance:Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly.Adhere to OSHA regulations and participate in safety training.
