Start, operate, troubleshoot, shut down and clean the extruder machine.Coordinate production runs with the supervisor to ensure orders are completed on time.Quality control of the dough, notifying the kneader if the dough does not have the correct consistency to work.Control and record the levels of salt, soda, temperature, density and humidity of the product. Report any problems to the boss or supervisor overseeing the shift.Check the size, color and shape of the product.
