Description The Salesforce Paid Search team is looking for a business-savvy, paid search influencer to help grow the global Marketing pipeline via paid search efforts. As a Paid Search Manager at Salesforce, you will be responsible for developing the strategy for paid search campaigns to improve our online visibility and drive qualified traffic. You will play a crucial role in improving our online marketing efforts and adding to our company's success. Data-driven and results oriented, you will work to hit targets for MQLs, MQL quality, Stage 1 opportunities, and a marketing driven pipeline. The ideal candidate has expertise in running global paid search programs and a strong background in B2B and SaaS marketing. Responsibilities Partner with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, and Media Planners to build tailored campaigns and strategies that will help create cohesive paid search experiences for multiple Clouds Analyze, provide recommendations, and share insights with the execution team to drive optimizations and improve performance Drive the landing page testing roadmap to find the best experience for each Cloud Partner with the Paid Search regional leaders to adapt and implement the Cloud strategy in each region Function as a subject matter authority and main point of contact with collaborators for multiple Cloud strategies in Paid Search Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies. Apply the latest standard processes in paid search marketing to our campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3+ years working in the B2B SaaS vertical Minimum of 4+ years working in SEM channels with strong success record Prior ownership of marketing pipe or revenue targets is a requirement Strong, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360
