Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Paid Social Supervisor. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN. Relocation assistance may be provided. Who you are: You are an experienced and strategic leader in the world of paid social media. You are passionate about driving client business objectives and developing integrated social media plans that deliver results. You have a proven track record of managing a team of Paid Social Managers and Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and providing thought leadership to clients and the team. You stay up-to-date with industry trends and are constantly seeking ways to innovate and evolve paid social offerings.
\n What you'll be doing:Develop and lead strategic direction for paid social media across multiple clientsPartner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated social media plans that drive client business objectivesProvide leadership and guidance to a team of Paid Social Managers and SupervisorsProvide performance and optimization recommendations based on data-driven insightsDevelop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders Ensure team is delivering high-quality work on-time and on-budgetOversee team's tactical execution of media plans, including ad copy and creativeCollaborate with the Paid Social Director and other internal stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of paid social offeringsAct as an expert in paid social media, staying up-to-date with industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team and clients What you bring:6+ years of experience in paid social media, with a deep understanding of business strategy, marketing, and advertisingStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skillsProven track record of developing and executing integrated social media plans that drive client business objectivesExperience managing a team of Paid Social Managers and Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and providing thought leadership to clients and the teamDemonstrated ability to provide performance and optimization recommendations based on data-driven insightsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholdersConsistently delivers high-quality work on-time and on-budgetSolid understanding of how paid social media integrates with other channels and media typesExperience leading new business pitches and presentationsCollaborative mindset and ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams to deliver integratesolutions that meet client needs.
