The Paint Shop Worker plays a crucial role in the pre-painting preparation and post-painting touch-up of coaches and coach parts. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces, detailing, cleaning, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include: Preparing coaches and parts for painting. Masking and detailing coach surfaces. Performing body repairs, sanding, buffing, and decaling as needed. Cleaning and touching up finished painted coaches and parts. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a paint shop or similar environment is an asset. Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
