This opportunity will focus primarily on providing support to Account Managers & customers. The Motorlease Account Coordinator will work to provide the highest level of customer service, keeping our Brand Promise and the Motorlease Experience front and center in every internal & customer interaction . Job Responsibilities Vehicle Builds, Quotes, Selectors, Presentations & Vehicle Orders Create vehicle builds to meet customer requirements & Motorlease guidelines Create quotes for selected vehicles to meet customer requirements Create & maintain customer selector lists with input provided by Account Managers Create & send vehicle order requests to drivers & fleet contacts when needed Provide quality control for quotes as needed Create customer presentations for custom vehicle requests & annual reviews Customer Support Triage incoming inquiries from customers & drivers Monitor the onboarding of new clients & coordinate involvement of all teams Provide timely response to customer, driver, & intra-company issues & requests Engage appropriate resources to provide timely response to customer & driver inquiries Create and provide vehicle/fleet information &/or reporting, etc. to fulfill customer requests Support Tools, etc. Fully document customer interactions using Salesforce as required Use all approved tools available to perform related job functions Interact with members of other teams & Motorlease personnel as needed/appropriate Perform all other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree preferred Display high level of customer service skills Detail oriented Strong communication skills Exceptional time management, planning & organizational skills Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers Capable of working within a team in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred What Motorlease Offers Salary: $23 per hour On-site, part-time, 5 days, 20 hours per week Motorlease is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
