Part-Time Bookkeeper Job Description

Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to work in our Parkers Prairie location.

Hours will vary with mostly weekdays and some weekends, as needed, depending on seasonal demands.

Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent phone and in person customer service skills and be able to multitask.

Agriculture industry experience is a plus.



Duties include but are not limited to:

Processing grain tickets & grain contracts

Review grain settlement documents & process grain checks

Customer service, answer phones, answer customer questions

Posting AR payments and entering sales tickets

Entering AP invoices and inventory management

Counter sales



Requirements Include:

Ability to lift 50# on a regular basis

Strong computer and communication skills

Compensation details: 18-20
