In this role, you will support various HR functions and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our HR department. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant tracking. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Maintain accurate records and update HR databases as needed. Support in the preparation of HR documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
